5 eggs
2 Tbs Sugar
1 Tbs Cinnamon
1 Tbs Vanilla
3 Tbs Milk
Mix everything together then dip in bread and cook up. I also just learned from another sister in law that if you put butter on the pan you are cooking on it helps keep them crispy when they are cooked. I like to use French bread for this recipe.

That's a good tip to use butter. I make mine the same way you do. We have so much in common! Have you ever tried the recipes for the baked french toast, where you soak it overnight in the fride? I always thought they sounded good, but have never tried it.
